Signing Up A Team

Those signing up teams:

Steps that you need to complete if you are new to the league:

1) Register a team at: http://signupinfo.sports4good.org

2) Have new players to the league fill out http://waiver.sports4good.org. You should fill it out and follow its instructions before you send it to your teammates so you understand the process. We've made it as simple as possible. Common mistakes: using email addreses that get blocked by spam, faxing the signed waiver upside down (we receive a blank fax essentially), not attaching a picture to the registration form, or attaching a bad photo (no hats or sunglasses please!)

3)  Your roster online is your OFFICIAL roster. You can make changes to it until the third round of games. Roster change form can be accessed at http://teamroster.sports4good.org

· Signing Up As An Individual Player

Individual sign ups are posted for those who don't have a team to join or for those who don't have enough people for a team. You'll be put on a team with other individual players or will be passed to a team captain if individual players are sold out. 99% of the time you will get on a team if the website accepts your payment. You should receive an email notification 5 days before the league begins with your team info.

Signing up with friends:

If you sign up as individuals, I can put you and your friends on the same team only while spots last. If you sign up late and end up being put on a different team, that is not a legitamite reason for a refund. You and your friends should sign up as early as possible to guarantee a spot on the same team. Total payments from individual players will most likely exceed the amount of a team fee.

· Refund Policy

A full refund including transaction fee only applies if S4G needs to cancel the event.

No refunds or credit is given if you notify the league of your registration withdrawal with fewer than 10 days notice of a league starting. Only under exceptions and on a case by case basis, a credit may be given only if your spot was replaced by another team or individual player that is on the waiting list.

Please note that due to any extenuating circumstances beyond the league's control, we may need to change venues or push out the start date of the league. We will contact the teams with as much notice as possible. We advise captains to include emails and cell phone numbers so we may contact you on the weekends and during the evenings if we have to alert you of such change.

· Length of Seasons

All teams play 7 regular games and generally the top 4 teams go to playoffs. Any forfeits during the regular season will disqualify your team for playoffs unless an exception is made.

Playoffs are played the following week after every team has played 7 games unless the league has to make an exception for a major holiday (Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend) and has notified the captains.
